How to get help
To ensure our limited amount of supplies and services reaches those truly in need, we conduct a modest means evaluation. At the left is a list of what you will need to provide our screeners. Personal information is confidential and will not be shared.
We only provide food and services to owners who fill out a PAX Pet Food Bank Application and humanely care for their pets. Food may not be resold. Households that resell food will no longer be eligible for food from PAX.
By accepting food from PAX, the recipient agrees not to hold PAX, its staff, volunteers and benefactors legally liable in the unfortunate event the recipient’s pet(s) becomes ill due to its food being changed.
